K11 ECOAST Unveils a Green Art Oasis

K11 ECOAST, located in Prince Bay, Shenzhen, China, is a US$1.4 billion project developed by Hong Kong’s New World K11 Group, aiming to open by end of 2024.

The name, ‘ECOAST’ – combines the concept of green development and the conservation of waterfront resources. The new project will have a sustainable approach and integrate environmental protection throughout.

The development is planned to integrate art, business, and the people of Shenzhen. The new mall will span more than 228,000 square meters, housing a retail section, a multi-purpose art space, an office building and a promenade.

Concept i is honored to be the Interior Design consultant for the K11 ECOAST South shopping mall division, with the design concepts embracing Creativity, Education and Sustainability for new lifestyles. The project uses innovative materials, immersive atrium design, and interactive tech, throughout its spaces.
