An 18 Million Sq. M Master Plan Connecting People and Forests

This year we embarked on a fascinating journey into the sub-tropical forested hills of Hainan Island. Working under government policies to rehabilitate disused quarries, conserve and preserve species rich forest habitats, our architects and specialists put on their hiking boots and got to work.

Over 180,000 m 2 of forest, farming and quarry land are earmarked for sensitive eco-development, dedicated to “Living Life in Balance with Nature”. A program of 95 edutainment, physical and interpretive activities are set within 2 major Zones; “Adventure Canyon” and “World Valley” letting people learn, eat, play and be inspired by Hainan’s amazing forests.
