Part of Kerry Properties’ massive mixed-use development in this growing port city, the large mall forms a lifestyle podium under 3 luxury apartment towers, connecting with the adjacent Shangri-La Hotel and a future super tower.

We refined the retail planning and provided full interior design. Our vision transformed the huge interior volumes into abstract “parks”. The angularity of the architecture was expressed into terraces, bridges and landings. Huge green walls and media surfaces were created as orientation points within the park, while hospitality hubs, cafes, seat walls, wayfinding and info-media provided for the ultimate customer comfort.
